I beg to differ with you. If a stock is rising that means more people are buying than selling and that suggests that there is a higher level of confidence in the company by investors. Otherwise investors would be selling the stock as has been the case with nsav. The price is down approx. 90% since April because investors have little to no confidence in the future of nsav..
