Court, having reviewed the Motion, been advisedthat neither the Garnishee, U.S Stem Cell, Inc. nor the
Judgment Debtor, US Stem Cell Clinic, LLC, object to the Motion, and otherwise being fully advised in
the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, a Final
Garnishment Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, DAILY WELLNESS, LLC (whose address is
