That is because the first one is a Pizza alla Napoletana. It has no cheese.

The second is a Pizza Quattro Formaggi. It has no tomatoes.

What you illustrate is a COLD sandwich made with focaccia, filled with Caprese salad. Which is made of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a little olive oil. The focaccia seems to be made with rosemary. Insalata Caprese usually features basil. Definitely not rosemary.
