However I'm still open for all arguments of both sides.
When you refer to the documents (I remember about the statement that there is no "safe harbor"), how is this exactly written these documents?
Are there court-documents who state that there is no safe harbor or is it rather a document from WMILT where it is stated that the WMILT is not aware of safe harbor ?
And to all other users here:
Are there any evidences from other (maybe similar ) cases where court documents didn't count in the end? I mean there are many ways how something could be written in documents ..
What I'm also wondering is why a really really big secret is being made all around. And it still seems to continue. You remember when Alice was at the court? Wasn't it the case, that she hardly was allowed to speak about that and that? Wasn't it also the same when Nelson spoke at the court? Wasn't there something like "stop! do not talk further?".
Why all these secrets ?? This reminds me somehow to sesam street: I know something, but I can't tell you . PSSSSST!! "Not so loud, somebody could listen! " What is all around there secrets ?? Why ? Anybody knows ? AZC maybe ?
Meanwhile many months are gone once again since FDIC has been asked about the status last time ? Wouldn't it be time to ask them now once again ?
