Exactly.. we won't start into what's in kibble. Had a neighbour who lived a good while in south america and became married to a shaman (think he was Huichol ).
Anyhow, she a well educated Great Pyrenees Mountain Dog owner cooked all his meals - mostly rice and meat based.
Haven't seen that dog lately ;(.
