0.175517 that's a market maker , retail can't make that kind of trade . The Algo is set to not allow retail smack the ask with small buys, all small asks will drop the share price  . Essentially buying at the ask is counterproductive to increase price unless you buy quantity . We are at a stalemate without any catalyst. Erosion of price is a good thing it allows people that believe in the stocks potential to buy more and puts more pressure on price appreciation once a catalyst comes to fruition.
