It's amazing how incredibly uneducated some of you are. NSAV and Tilton are both losers here and that won't change. There will be no appeals because NSAV cannot afford the legal fees and they have no grounds for a defense. In a week, a CRO will be appointed. It doesn't matter if it is Busacca or someone else. That person will have full access to NSAV's banking and financial records. They will very quickly discover that the $11 Billion in crypto assets is a phantom number created by Osborn and Alfonso to inflate valuations. The CRO won't be interested in hearing "the liquidity is in the utility" bullshit. They will want to see the liquidity in a form that can be converted to fiat immediately. It won't happen because there is and never will be liquidity in the shitcoins Osborn launched and sold to his flock of sheep. And for the morons who suggest that "NSAV just pay Grover and move on", you still don't get it. This is all a scam and any real money that was ever captured from sales to token holders has lined the pockets of Osborn, Alfonso and Trey. In a week from today, a CRO will be appointed and Osborn and Alfonso will vanish because they'll know they are exposed. They're already setup to transfer their scam to BCDS. And by the way, for the disillusioned, why would Vik settle for less than what he has been awarded? He has NSAV and Tilton by the balls. What motivation would taking a lesser settlement offer him? all they can offer him is $43 that is actual real money. Would you settle a $57 million judgement for $43? Remove your head from your ass.
