Re "when you buy stock you presume the money is going into the stock company not the CEOs pocket or his private holdings ???"

Unless there was a form filed by the company to say it is/was selling directly to the public, odds are almost certain that your money did NOT go to the company or the CEO, but it went to retail sellers or institutional sellers. You fed someone else's pocket for their profit (unless they wanted to take a loss for tax purpose).

"your round about explanation is correct but the end is the same NIXON left with our money and that paid for his privately owned restaurant's "

If my explanation is correct, then Nixon did not leave with your money (or mine), and his company didn't get it either. It went to investing institutions or private retail investors who made a profit off your choice to buy their shares.

"I have 4 other stocks in my bag that is are exactly the same $ FINRA $SECleft these crooks leave with not even a fine or a requirement to take care of the share holders and this after many months of share dilution ?? crooks and do nothing government employees ?? and the $OTC that looks the other way"

The crooks being prosecuted by FINRA and the SEC are unethical broker-dealers and convertible note-holders who sold as unregistered dealers. So far, I haven't seen prosecutions against the companies harmed by them.

[Actually, I say that with qualification, as I also hold a couple of revoked tickers, and the companies themselves were crooks. But mostly they were lotto plays and I blame myself for buying them.]

Now, I don't mean that stock-issuing companies can't also be bad guys (see above); but they can also 'only' be stupid with their business decisions, where stupidity isn't illegal.

Re 'crooks and governments doing nothing' -- you need to get religion to seek or at least hope for full justice by a higher (and more competent) power.
