@xoom......why not ask Bonderman if he needs more bananas....he got about 4 billion of them when he bought those preferred shares ...thats the point of all this conversation... WE ALL GOT BANANAS!!!!!!!!.....Bonderman thought he would end up with the estate if WAMU went bankrupt, thats why he agreed to exchange the preferred to common. Bonderman as a preferred owner would not have been entitled to the estate... only class 22 would have been...however, Bonderman got flummoxed when the Banks went into Receivership and his common stock got cancelled, and extinguished too, just like yours did....you guys should all thank Nate Toma for his insider trading disclosure to the judge...the efforts by Susman during the mediation hearings is the only reason equity and preferreds got those bananas.... now, run along, and find a restful place, and eat your banana....I have been eating prime steak since Coop became extant... in the end AZ Cowboy was right about one thing when he said Coop was the Tell... I took his word and bought gobs of stock at .60 cents... even gave my family and neighbor shares of Coop... now , those bananas have turned to steak... as a matter of fact, I am going to cook one for Labor day, thank you....always good posting to you xoom....enjoy Lodas
