Maybe Tom & Ride are right.. Starting with cellulistic, then on to the SECOND part of a 'comprehensive plan to support scientific breakthroughs on biofuels'. NSOL WAS invited to offer a proposal, and this would be a GREAT political statement in MY opinion to ACTUALLY have a 'BREAKTHROUGH'.. You know with ALL the talk of 'future fuels' (no pun intended), the citizens are DEMANDING forward thinking in this area. Conversion directly to ethanol has NEVER BEEN DONE on a mass scale from trash or tires, and BECAUSE of this, it's the PERFECT thing to fund politically! The President or DOE could talk this thing up like the results of a Manhatten project.. They should run with this IMO..
