All know I don't agree with this guy's bombastic style and supercilious posts, but he is spot on regarding Deprima and PAOG! POAG is and has been dead meat for years. Deprima had no intention of acquiring Salud Esmeralda as it virtually had gone out of business before the LOI was effected. Review older Qs and you will find that Deprima's business plan currently stated is just a rehash of older and FAILED PLANS. LIfestyle medicine and Trials for pharmaceuticals were claimed several years ago and never completed. The guy is a fraud, so buyer beware.
