This was their response to going on the EM. Considering that they have never had an issue in the past with raising OTC level funding to complete filings and continue on a semi-liquid OTC Pink market AND they easily could have diluted into news items/DOD funding to handle this, then logic suggests there is a much bigger deal in the works... aka "purse strings".

We'll see when and how they re-emerge from this current standstill. Considering they have positive traction on all 3 of their platforms heading into Q4, there probably hasnt been a better time in recent history for this company to raise awareness and enter the stage.
