The DD is all there. Websites, past filings, offerings, Indeed job hirings, news articles with partnerships, etc.
There’s only 10.7m shares unrestricted and most likely post merger as all the other shares will be restricted. No toxics or debt. Float valued at $180,000.. insane, with Delex most likely doing $25-$50m in revenues and profitable. We will be hearing soon.
They recently did partnerships with Unilab, a $2 billion revenue company (and talking up Delex, see below) and this weeks PR with Verathon, a subsidiary of Roper, a $60 billion company. Delex is one of the fastest growing companies in the Philippines.
Buy 50-100k shares and sit on them, I see this pulling a FCCN. Maybe not $0.02 to $5 in months but close.
