.Hmmmmm.....I wonder why a certain company went through a Pwc liquidation minus the Process. At the end of liquidation shares were cancelled, ticker deleted, no 1e/100 split...I'm glad bioaq went through a Liquidation PROCESS. And the NNEEEWWWW.....Ereorganization...1e+100/1e+100...bioaq/bioa...shares...royalties...money...NewMoney98....
Oh and there was no need for efficiency and confidentiality involved in the regular liquidation. I thought D98 said Pwc included that statement in all Ccaa. He also claimed to be a Ccaa expert we all know that wasn't true.
