Well....to a certain level, I do not quite agree to part of your interpretation.

In this case, taking ESC, a 501C IRS charitable organization "donation" was very sensitive and beared "something wrong", possible suspicious activities with it.

Please reread 10Q Q2 2024 filed on 8-14-2024 with OTC.
In the financial part:
P 17
That $714,463.00 was not "donation".
It was listed "Capital contribution".
