Goulding clearly violated the following 2022 court order forbidding him from providing any ''consulting, compliance or investment related services'' to any SEC regulated company when he made official filings on behalf of Spooz in December 2023.

Making official filings with the SOS naming himself and giving HIS address isn't providing an ''investment related service''?? Why didn't Strickland just do it himself if Goulding was barred and ''gone''?
