Well, are you willing to plunk down $10,000? The link again, posted below with a copy and paste of page 48. I remember reading a filing a couple years ago that a minimum of $10,000 was required to qualify as a "Private Investor." You can see for yourself that "Private Investors" bought 22,222,222 for $10,000 ($0.00045 per share). I suppose if you contact Dennis via his email address posted on the OTCM site, it won't cost anything to ask him. GLTY
