HESSENN group could have taken a motion to the judge to crush Matt, and that would have been their right, but instead they opted to give Matt another chance to defend himself. Now, if Matt wastes this opportunity, and history shows that he probably will, the court is going to bring the hammer down. HESSENN group’s exhibits provide great detail for the contracts that Matt signed with goods transported, timelines, and Matt’s signature. He won’t be able to weasel his way out of this one. With as careful as HESSENN is being in this case, better believe they will ensure they receive their payment.
Maybe this is why Matt diluted for $60k last week, knowing the writing was on the wall for this company and that he would have to shutter his company to avoid paying out these lawsuits.
