Open the 10-Q linked below. Scroll all the way down to page 48, the last page before Dennis's signature. Dennis needs money desperately because indications are that GHS Financial LLC is not playing ball with Dennis, or vice versa. Investor? / lender? / whatever. But, Dennis specifically refers to these "lenders" as investors. Dennis, a master at wordsmithing. I guess the word "investors" gives the appearance of folks wanting to invest in DPLS, but they bought those shares for $0.00045 per share, lol. Those "investors" didn't have much confidence in him or they would have paid more. >>
