Does he know how many outstanding shares there are in the hands of shareholders? That info is available to him if he wants to know, and he can find out who holds them. Companies that go public are supposed to act responsibly, at least communicating with shareholders, even if the news is bad. His lawyer friend Brenda Hamilton has probably mentioned that to him.

Although some of us realize his stock was beaten down by toxic lenders and other bad guys, and he's worked hard to keep his company running and even expanding, does he give a crap about taking his company private [by getting revoked] without communicating with his shareholders about a plan for the future of his stock?
