That is a valid point. Fernandez needs to start from square one to regain investors trust that he shattered when he became CEO of RXMD and executed that aggressive 200:1 RS on the last trading day of the year.

He couldn't simultaneously run two companies successfully, so maybe he'll do better with just the responsibility of a single one now. It's all just a guessing game now until he decides to formally address shareholders with an actual conference call as opposed to just issuing PRs each quarter.
