I don't see How Any Great News will propel this Security w/ Canouse ready to Pounce

I don't see why this Company even went Public if they can Not sell shares for their Own Benefit

Essentially they paid $2.25 Million + $40K? for this Shell _ Not such a Great deal _ imO
Plus they are incurred the costs of maintaining Filings

Perhaps the Company is dumping shares also in addition to Canouse ?

Just Looking like a Dec write off more and more each Day
