Just a RW hyperbolic polemic with questions the author will not put to, compile statistics in the same categories for, any number of red states and cities. Tell me now, what WV policies do YOU want to impose on, export to, the rest of the nation?

• In 2022, the average score of fourth-grade students in West Virginia was 205. This
was lower than the average score of 216 for students in the nation.
• The average score for students in West Virginia in 2022 (205) was lower than their
average score in 2019 (213) and in 1998 (216).
