That sure sound like a treat by one individual against another, since the individual making the treat was not legally authorized to investigate a "POSSIBLE SECURITY" case, OR EVEN KNOWS IF SUCH A CASE ACTUALLY EXIST, now doesn't it?
There is fraud alright but it not by the company and there certainly appears to be enough evidence to warrant a Judge signed subpoena..

Moss reaction to the e-mail seems to contradict "Moss has all of my attorney's credentials." as he didn't respond to "your attorney" and the story about the site visit changed from "Moss told me he never heard of Campanella" to Moss told me it was the only time Campanella was at the site"
