WYOMING REGISTRATION? One has to wonder WHY WYOMING? Personally this draws a red flag for me due to having other questionable companies also having someone file registrations, in the exact same name, for Florida based companies. The ones I speak of never came to fruition because they were fake and eventually exposed as such. Until OTC Marketplace and Florida SunBiz show a change I will not be believing the Wyoming filing. $mONI
