Funny..I think the independent third party valuation said RXMD was worth upto $2.20 a share, the price the board agreed upon.
Not to mention, all the vast majority of losses NXPL has recorded (most of which are non-cash) was due to RXMD...so perhaps RXMD isn't worth as much as you think it is.
