Fair enough. I will say that new owners usually do swaps like what was done today. Shares are swapped out for new issue so the new company controls the AS/OS shares. Very normal. No confusion. But you are right--many times shortsighted investors get stuck holding da' poop bag. Got to know when to hold ''em. Know when to fold 'em. Know when to waka away...So forth and so on/
