Yes, I'm familiar with that scam. I 've been following the fraud scheme even before Dennis took DPLS public in 2018, and when he got into bed with Cellucci. >>

In 2017 when Dennis was on FOX News, he claimed DPLS was one of the four finalists to help build the border wall. It was a lie. >>

The $24Mil contract in Eastern Europe was a lie. The $Bil valuation before going public was a lie. Many more examples too show. >>
