mr smith: this is the precise type of misleading, ambiguous and fraudulent statement that you can find on the otcpk since filings are not audited. No first-semester bonehead accounting student would mistake "donation" for "contribution".

Not only is there the cherished principle Never take at face value any statement in PRs from otcpk companies, but you can't take at face value even the statements provided in their filings with the government.

I can hear the excuses already: "Donation ..... Contribution .... what the hell difference does it make?? It shows great confidence in the future of JP3E!"

Let's say the "donation" wording was a stupid (really stupid) mistake/oversight, and "contribution" was meant: in either case, JP3E, despite claims of hundreds of millions in contracts, right now needs infusions of outside capital to remain solvent and in business!
