~ XOOM, "presented on BP', Based on What ?" ... the 2008 WMI, to 2012's WMIHC, to 2015's WMIH ... then, leading to the 2018 Acquisition of nationstar + subs' ... yes, the necessary loan servicer ... as document linked and presented buy ol' cactus, is the Docket / SEC Filings, documented process' that simply can not be disputed ... ~

... I have document supported just exactly ... What Was Done, ... Who Did It, ... When It Was Done', ... and Where everything Was the whole time ?, ... and now Where everything Is'' ... Yes, ... and Yes, ... ALL "9" were moved simultaneously ...

looodeeee says ol' cactus has incorrect opinions only' ... Well LOL, yeah, but ol cactus submits opinions and conclusions based on the documented and linked process' ... and' ... then, there are the bottle induced cases of heat stroke ? ... yes, all are irrelevant ... especially for now, the TWO' that NEVER served' ...

=================

This is "Sort Of" Undocumented yet, Here is some "ol' cactus" napkin math with a few old timer (OG) thoughts, ... (Nope, NO Pie on an Air Bus) ... JPMC offered $5.00 + $3.00 for WaMu's common share ownership, back in 2008' when the outstanding count was @ 1,7 billion shares' ... TPG also had an $8.00 guarantee, which they withdrew after the Sept 2008' Chap 11 Filing ... THEN, ... in Oct of 2008' the DE-REGISTRATION DOC was filed ol' cactus has linked it many times ... So, some simple napkin math now updated to August 2024 ...

JPMC offered $8.00 X's 1.7 billion commons in 2008 pre-bk ... or, $13,600,000,000.00 dollars for the common share represented WMI Holding Company ... then in October the common share DE-REGISTRATION DOCUMET was filed ... so, ... now with a COOP reset' only roughly 600,000,000 OG' commons can legally be considered ... so, ... here comes the napkin math ... $13.6 billion divided by 600 million shares, equals roughly $22.67 per common WITHOUT roughly 6% interest accumulated since 2008' ... So, what would $22.67 amortized @ roughly 6% be worth in todays numbers ?, and what will the final transitional numbers be WHEN COOP' resets the share platform back to the 2018' 100 million shares out ? ... that's why ol cactus believes that everything will be okay' ? but realistic ...

I step over "trash"

Have A Nice Day'
