MGON shareholders can review company filings and material events on the OTC Disclosure Section under SEC Filings. We just posted a new 1-U today about some commercials agreements that we executed last week.

Be interesting to see how the clowns try to discredit a company that files proper disclosures, have financials audited and obviously are looking to move up the OTC tiers as well as raising money soon at a higher price point.

Management paying all out of pocket is a good sign aswell
