KKR/Lcy has to pay Bioamber's shareholders for investing in Bioamber Inc and aquiring the Canadian assets that mainly belong to the Canadian government, the plant was build with green bonds, most Bioamber Sarnia debt was government funding (it will be illegal if they don't pay and they will have lawsuits like this
