There's no question about it, he/they have their niche in backend financing, accredited financiers (who knows what those contracts look like) and not to mention the clawback and performance loopholes. They have the game (business) down to a tee. The "Off market" sale of that Control Block to the Sheiks affiliate business, likely has similar verbiage related to performance, and incentives, and who knows what else related to HIRU debt.

The only saving grace this time around, if there is one, eyes wide open, is that the unprecedented deep pockets will succeed in not letting HIRU get back into MMG clutches ever again. Just a novice thinking out loud, expressing an opinion, and acknowledging I don't know all the facts. :)
