There is no winanle appeal...as States are authorized by the congress to conduct Federal elections on their terms that they the states sit up.

More important I believe. If something happens to Joe. You are thrown into a Constitutional Crisis. Harris is not Constitutionaly qualified to be President. It is why she was selected. Which set Pelois up to be the 1st Female President as Speaker. That plan back fired in 2022.
