I still can't get over how they just canceled 33% of their already micro O/S in January without even telling us it was going to happen. 👀 https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/390895/content

All the shares they returned to their A/S were their own restricted shares. Why would any OTC company do something like that when they could have just taken them off restriction and dumped them into the market? 👀

It's really nuts how these guys are protecting their share structure like they are. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ATMH/security They did their only R/S in 2020 right after new management took over and today they still only have 34 million shares in their whole O/S with only 2.9 million of them unrestricted. Show me another OTC company that protects their share structure like that. I think you will have a real problem showing one but I will be waiting. 😃
