You're obviously not intelligent enough to discern the difference between a court case and a SEC investigation.

Or you indeed understand the difference and are purposely conflating both to make it sound as if the SEC investigation is over because the court case is over. It isn't - the SEC investigation is continuing (just like Jason Black's scam here is continuing).

Nobody can seem to answer why after a year of management and pumpers on this board pumping the Form 10 approval (and continuing to use the Borgers excuse is ridiculous at this point since many, many ex-Borgers clients have already filed new financials with no delay) - where is the Form 10 approval?
