Mmmmm.. Where to begin. Firstly, It is illegal for the company to purchase shares, I can assure you 100%, they are not purchasing shares. Only people with Speed Trader are capable of trading EM tickers, and yes, I know people who can (this is often where you're seeing volume). Secondly, the company is already in Hahalolo's control. They purchased control of the company via the special preferred share used for custodian tickers. It makes literally 0 sense for them to buy shares back from us. When they go pink current they will be selling shares, as if it's a new IPO. They make capital off those shares, just like any company IPO'ing.
