Why don't you share your info? Previously I warned this Board that Salud Esmeralda's supposed contract with the Mexican Unions had most likely lapsed, and hence the acquisition was most likely....unlikely. And when several others on this Board also expressed the failures of Deprima, Deprima announced the termination of the LOI to acquire Salud Esmeralda. My view was and remains Deprima entered into the LOI knowing it was never going to be completed but was a way to sell shares for his benefit. So what do you have to contribute?
