This makes no sense.
The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. To obtain additional information

The company never issued any statements that I know of. None in the news. Now if they failed to notify us of any delays that would seem to be a material event. But maybe it was corrected? Maybe they were mistaken? What good does it do to sue ourselves ? Go figure. I should have been a lawyer. THUMP!
