There is NO reason to "HATE" this company of it's CEO.

There's plenty of reasons to hate on this company right now.

There IS plenty of reasons to not want to invest in this company, but it at the end of the day it is nothing but a small company with limited resources that is trying to be successful.

If you didn't like the dismal performance (which was the same before the run) you should have never brought in.

If you were embarrassed by the tweets you have gotten out and moved on.

If the possibility of a reverse split was to scary for you you should have never got in or at the very least sold TWO prior pre-14c's ago.

But if we are talking "Grow up..."

Let's seek the truth shall we?

What GROWNUP goes out of their way to HARM a company that they own stock in and threaten their business partners with threatening innuendos and lies.

Mr. Moss,

I'm looking to confirm whether or not Nick Campanella, or anyone associated with Sun Pacific Holding, participated with you in a site visit. (Great DD question)

I'm a concerned SNPW shareholder and your name has been mentioned on numerous message boards in association with SNPW and a potential securities fraud investigation.
(Does anyone else other that Campanella think this is Tortuous Interference and a threat to Moss that he might be a part of an SEC fraud investigation?)
There are photos posted on these sites that are alleged to be you with Mr. Campanella
touring property in your area.

Most troubling is that these photos also appear to be Photoshopped ( misleading LIE to undermine the CEO's integrity as the photo shopped photos were the ones that took out Moss not put him in)

and that SNPW has also missed their SEC filing deadline.( another attempt to under mine the CEO's integrity as it had no bearing on the original DD to verify if a site visit took place or not)
