The best way to accomplish this is to have the company perform. So far this hasn’t happened as it relates to revenue, profits and increasing shareholder value.

Why would you want those dissatisfied with performance to go sit in the corner and be quiet? Shareholders have a voice and they are using it. You do understand the scorecard here relative to performance - right?
