I'm not doubting you, but these scammers make millions and millions. When they finally get busted, they face a fine and never jail time. Sometimes a cease trading forever. The fine is pennies compared to what they stole off of shareholders. I remember HPIL was a fun one, made a lot of money off that one. I'm not doubting Jake won't face fines, but it will be years before that will even happen. It's a rotten system, and shareholders always lose. It's designed so that certain people benefit.
