Was it the shareholders fault this scammer Nick Campanella couldn't sell a single solar panel?? Did the shareholders force Nick Campanella to hire his wife's company so he can issue stock to his own affiliates instead of hiring a legitimate sales company?

Was it the whistle-blowers who forced Campanella to issue a FAKE announcement for a FAKE "720MW" LOI?

Did the shareholders prevent Campanella from closing on the Elba property? It was because this scammer lied to the Elba and State of Alabama about his ability to raise investments and ultimately he couldn't keep up his lies.

Did the shareholders tell Campanella to stage a FAKE site visit, promote it illegally with fake and doctored pictures, and cause Campanella to have to explain why he LIED?
