I don't but I would think the start/end dates would be when his role was either PR'ed or when it appeared/was removed on the companies' OTC profile.

If one was accusing someone of something, the burden would be on that person to prove this, I would think.

Do you have links or copies of any of the threats you speak of ? I don't follow the board closely at all so I don't know the history here.
