Keep in mind that nothing is guaranteed in this saga. We are up against almost insurmountable corruption these days.

But, this is the best things have looked for us in 16 yrs. Our chances are good now. So while still a long shot investment, this is the closest we have been to payment.

The FDIC has sued for $400B. I expect much less. I hope I am wrong. But even 100b should give escrows about 50b. I'm not going to get into the 75 25 debate. Those heavy in Qs think they get it all. Those heavy in Ps think 75 25. I'm fine either way but I have my opinion on what it will be.

Stay positive. If you are a spiritual person I'd start praying. A lot.
