Do you recall Bill Ackerman on CNBC during the explosive stage of covid? He was in tears crying the sky is falling, which led to panic stricken shareholders everywhere selling millions, which his firm bought during the next few weeks (!) behind the scenes, and made back probably billions . He and his firm were never investigated/prosecuted.
