Fair Disclosure, Regulation FD (for those that don't know the rules)

Regulation FD addresses the selective disclosure of information by publicly traded companies and other issuers. Regulation FD provides that when an issuer discloses material nonpublic information to certain individuals or entities—generally, securities market professionals, such as stock analysts, or holders of the issuer's securities who may well trade on the basis of the information—the issuer must also make public disclosure of that information. In this way, Regulation FD aims to promote full and fair disclosure.

I believe they have 48 hours to release the information. Insiders have traded throughout this period. The public does not have the results of the trial and why it was cancelled. I believe the trial information is very material and should be released. This will definitely be a reason for a lawsuit against the company and all of those insiders selling if the future does not end well.

Also 2 more filings from Williams and Chang with total sales of 1.6M shares sold in 3 days. There will likely be a filing for Babs and Jin in the next day or 2. The one positive is the lock out period started yesterday. They cannot sell until the release of earnings.
