TooFrank finds the recent price action and big blocks on L2 a very good sign major players are involved. When volume picks up the MMs will have to tip their hand on which direction we go… up or down.

This pattern is always at the beginning of a PPS run to get retail involved by creating price action and volume alerts. But… does not guarantee a PPS run. Sometimes they fake out retail.
