DTC will not certify untl the lawsuit is settled. Some countries will not grant licenses with lawsuits. That is what they said in a podcast. They say "they are working on the mess". Accounts frozen and developers not being paid while lawsuit is ongoing. (Discord chat) This too will pass! Lawyers have filed papers. It is in the hands of the courts. Eventually there will be a final ruling, NSAV will either win or lose and have to pay, and that will be the end of it. Then, business can continue. In the meantime, deals are being done and the developers are working on the technology. Should have an awesome earnings report. (Personal opinion.)
