I've been wondering something lately, as potential institutional investors and exim are vetting this company what does their research about Mark Smith show them?

The SPAC merger is a stain for sure. The poor performance here and at IBC don't look good either. I wonder what mark would highlight as his accomplishments over the last 5 to 10 years?
